Pak Rummy Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Agreement & Acceptance

Welcome to Pak Rummy. The platform is operated and maintained for Pakistani players who want a safe, transparent, and locally-tailored online gaming experience. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every person who accesses or uses the Pak Rummy website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, or any related service (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing registration at Pak Rummy, you are entering into a contractual agreement. The agreement comes into force the moment you click the registration confirmation button. Continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes renewed acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with Pak Rummy.

02 Eligibility

To create and operate an account at Pak Rummy, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak Rummy does not accept registrations from minors, and any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — companies, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of Pak Rummy.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one account at Pak Rummy. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, mobile number, date of birth, and any other fields required during registration. If your contact information changes after registration, you are responsible for updating it through your account settings or by contacting support.

Account Security

Your Pak Rummy login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at support@pakrummy.best immediately. Pak Rummy will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification

Pak Rummy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals at Pak Rummy are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Pak Rummy does not accept deposits from accounts or cards held in names other than the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Pak Rummy reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Rs 50,000 or above may require completion of enhanced KYC verification before funds are released.

No Cash Transactions

Pak Rummy operates entirely through electronic payment channels. No cash deposits or withdrawals are processed under any circumstances. Any attempt to use third-party payment intermediaries or anonymous payment services may result in suspension of the associated transaction and account review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Pak Rummy offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming, and to the general bonus conditions below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only and not to any cash deposit made to claim the bonus, unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution table is shown on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire after a stated period — typically 7 to 30 days. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account on expiry if wagering requirements have not been met.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless Pak Rummy explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: Pak Rummy reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is identified. This includes coordinated betting across accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds.
• Bonus Withdrawal: You may choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time through account settings. Once forfeited, bonus funds and any associated winnings are permanently removed and cannot be reinstated.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the Pak Rummy platform use either a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, real physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers in regulated studio environments.

RNG Certification

RNG titles are tested and certified by independent third-party technical auditors. The RNG ensures that outcomes are unpredictable, unbiased, and not influenced by previous results or player behaviour. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent the long-run expected return over millions of rounds — individual sessions may vary significantly from the published average.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live round, display errors, or software failure — Pak Rummy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. The decision of Pak Rummy's technical team regarding malfunction outcomes is final. No responsibility is accepted for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Result Disputes

If you believe a game result was incorrect, you may request a game log review by contacting support within 30 days of the round in question. All rounds are logged with timestamps, stake amounts, and outcomes. Pak Rummy will respond to disputed result requests within 5 business days.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The Pak Rummy sportsbook covers football and other major sports with pre-match and live in-play markets. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform.

• Minimum Bet: Rs 100 per single bet or per leg of an accumulator.
• Postponed Matches: If a match is postponed before kick-off, stakes are returned as a void bet. If rescheduled within 72 hours, the bet may stand at Pak Rummy's discretion.
• Abandoned Matches: Bets on abandoned matches are void unless 45 or more minutes of play have been completed, in which case full-match markets may stand. Half-time specific markets are void if the match is abandoned before half time.
• Obvious Errors: Pak Rummy reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest technical or human error. Any such decision will be communicated to affected players with a full explanation.
• Maximum Payout: A single sports bet may not return more than Rs 20,00,000 in a single settlement regardless of the stake amount or accumulated odds.
• Cash-Out: Cash-out is available on selected markets. The cash-out value is calculated at the time you request it and may be accepted, declined, or offered at a revised value depending on the speed of market movement.

08 Responsible Gaming

Pak Rummy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer a full range of player protection tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications after a set playing duration. You can choose how frequently reminders appear.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days without needing to contact support.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion through the Responsible Gaming page or by emailing support. Exclusions are processed within one business day and promotional communications cease immediately.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Pak Rummy platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Making chargebacks on genuine deposits through your payment provider after wagering has taken place.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method without their consent.
• Attempting to access, probe, or alter any part of the Platform's underlying infrastructure or codebase.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Pak Rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory obligation to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings and deposits — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned via the original deposit method within 5 business days.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. A final withdrawal of your balance will be processed before closure. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed voluntarily until the investigation is resolved.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pak Rummy platform — including the website design, game interfaces, logos, text, graphics, data, and software — is the intellectual property of Pak Rummy or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Pak Rummy intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Rummy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy

Pak Rummy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

In summary: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Pak Rummy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and Pak Rummy, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the support channel.

If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. Pak Rummy's decisions on game outcomes, account investigations, and bonus determinations are final where they are based on logged technical data and made in accordance with these Terms.
